Close to boat ramps, Guadalupe River tubing, hiking trails, and Wimberley.

The living room is bright and inviting with plush seating, colorful accents, and a coffee & wine bar with both drip and Keurig options.

The home includes 2 bedrooms, a pull-out sofa, and 2 full bathrooms:

Primary Bedroom: King bed, closet space, and a private en-suite full bath.

Bedroom 2: A King bed that can be arranged to two Twin XLs upon request, with closet space and a full bath right next door.

Living Room: Queen pull-out sofa for additional guests.

Outside, enjoy multiple gathering areas: sip wine on the elevated deck at sunset, play cornhole in the yard, share a picnic under the string lights, or relax around the fire pit in Adirondack chairs. The long driveway offers plenty of parking and space for a boat or jet skis if you’re bringing your own watercraft.

For lake adventures, you’re only 5 minutes from Canyon Park, which offers swimming, picnic areas, and Boat Ramp 18 for easy access to Canyon Lake.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, and outdoor spaces. The only area not available is the garage.

The long driveway provides plenty of parking and is large enough to accommodate a boat, jet skis, or extra vehicles, making it easy to bring your toys for lake adventures.
